2005/06 Treasurer Susan Edwards gives the 2005 Financial Reports & identifies that the club is in a strong financial position.
2005 Membership CO-Chairman Tim Booth reports to the membership that Skal International Toronto has seen great growth in 2005 and is once again the largest club in Canada.
2005/06 Program Chairman Pierre LePage reviews the highlights of the 2005 monthly meetings and presents to the membership the 2006 Meeting schedule. All meeting information is also available on www.torontoskal.org.
2005/06 PR & Communication Chairman Thom Vincent reviews the club goals that were achieved in 2005 along with a full list of objectives for 2006. Thom also presented to the membership that we will be hosting our 50th Anniversary Celebrations on June 5, 2006 at Rosedale Golf & Country Club.
2005/06 SICAN Representative John Scott gives the membership an update on what is happening at the SICAN level of Skal and the changes that have been made by the 2005 SICAN Executive. John mentioned that Eric Sloat 2005 SICAN President & his Executive have done a excellent in stabilizing the SICAN Financial Results after overspending the previous year by SICAN Executives.
2005 SICAN Representative Jan Zandboer spoke to the membership about the exciting “Skal Twining” project that he has begun with Skal International Amsterdam/Haarlem. Jan has begun to arrange visits with each Skal Club.
2005 Secretary Doug Patterson presented his annual report along with the annual good will report.
2005/06 Webmaster John Scott gave the membership an update on our new exciting Website and told the membership that he wanted to thank David & Wendy McClung for their support on the Website. John also said that Baxter is lucky to have a true Webmaster in Boris Ristic and how much of a pleasure it is to work with him.
